Luke McCall received his Bachelors of Science from Murray State University in 2001, with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry.  He went on to graduate Magna cum laude from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2010, concentrating his legal education on litigation and alternative dispute resolution.  While in law school, he worked for a local law office focusing on criminal defense and personal injury cases.  Upon graduating, Luke accepted a clerkship working for the Hon. Tim Kaltenbach, Judge of the McCracken Circuit Court, where he worked on criminal, civil and administrative law cases.  

In 2011, Luke accepted a position with Boehl Stopher & Graves, LLP practicing primarily in civil and workers’ compensation defense, with a focus on insurance defense, auto liability, and premises liability cases.  He also maintained a criminal defense practice and was honored with the 2015 Public Advocate Award for his work as a conflict attorney with the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy.  Luke has tried several civil and criminal cases to verdict in Kentucky State Courts, as well as trying civil cases in Federal Court and prosecuting appeals in both civil and criminal cases.  

After 11 years at Boehl Stopher & Graves, Luke moved to Saladino & Schaaf, PLLC in 2022.  He is admitted to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.

Professional affiliations:

Luke is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the McCracken County Bar Association.  He was named a Rising Star by SuperLawyer Magazine in 2019 and 2020.  

Outside the office:

In their spare time, Luke and his wife, Nola, enjoy travelling, cooking, concerts and keeping up with their dogs.  He is the Treasurer of Boy Scout Troop 2007 and enjoys campouts and outdoor adventures with his nephews.  Luke also works with the Lowertown Arts & Music Festival and the Yeiser Art Center to promote the arts in the area.
